but that comment reminds me of what I read somewhere,that I found interesting.
When asked "what is kitesurfing like", the answer was.
"Its like wakeboarding, except you are driving the boat as well as concentrating on the wakeboarding,,,,,,,,oh,,and its not a boat,,,,but a helicopter and you are the pilot as well".

So really,you are correct,we are a passenger,
but you cant have a passenger,without a pilot.

Please note,I am still not saying that one sport is beter than the other.
I think I need to point that out before the haters start the personal attacks again.

I know you would
hate to think this,but, both sports are about the same thing and are pretty much similar.
Both are harnessing the wind(being the pilot, as you like to think) and controlling how much power you want from it by sheeting in and out.
