sailed to the outer reefs yesterday with the "lightweight infantry" leech, greenroom and gazza.

i was on on my 5 and so were gazza, greeny and leech on his 5.2.

bit bizzare when i'm sure I weigh the same as these 3 put together and i was a tad overpower'd at times.....

maybe i've finally shed some of my winter coat after all these yrs...or probably my Naish Force truely lives up to its name.....these sails are the BIZ , instant front end power - lock n load... can't believe i dont see more around Perth.

Gotta say i love my Force 5.7; into its third season with me (was a Sailwest hire job before that) and still going strong.

Or at least strongish - just had it repaired (nice job too - Irwin sails here in Vic) after being too lazy on to catch the bugger when it drifted out of reach when i duck gybed a little too late and - get this - the nose of the board punched through the main panel!

No, i cant work out how i did it either...

Fluffy footstraps? I'm so tuff I use steel downpipe brackets, sure it cuts my feet to ribbons but the chicks dig it.

Yeah yeah..

Anyway back to the question.....2005 Naish Force...is it the best wave sail ever made?

Answer: yes it is.

I'm 92 kilos and use my 5m force in winds ranging from 19Kn to 30kn. Nothing else is even close and if you don't believe me you're welcome to try mine out.

Naish Force - dominates.

If u r considering fluffy footstraps then baby seal fur is the best option....water reistant and all that.

I have a Force 5.5 and have to agree it rocks (when I get to use it).

It's well made to boot - hope that's the same with the latest versions...?
