I am most of the way through a build, and managed to get some fairly cheap NATO 2 pack paint, (aircraft grey) and was wondering if anyone has tried adding polyester resin pigment (i have lots) into it to alter the colour?

Maybe mix a small tester pot and see how it goes?

Polyurethane paint uses isocyanate as a hardener however Polyester resin uses Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide as a hardener. I would doubt that the chemicals would be compatible. cheers Ian
