Planning for extended trip to Maui this winter.Does anybody have suggestions where to stay around Paia for 4-6 weeks in July-August for single person(room,apt,studio).After sorting accommodation I can concentrate on flights,equipment and car hire.

Try one of the hostels (if there's any left). The rainbow on Baldwin used to be ok.

Rainbow surf hostel. Just checked and not only is it still there but it's under new management!!! Gold ( anyone who stayed there 15yrs ago would understand;). It would be perfect for a month or 6.

I went on his clinic last year and got him to book my family trip this April. I will use him again for a winter trip by myself. Just got to choose between Maui and baja.

Could also be worth trying airbnb
