I am trying to source a new slalom boom in the 160-210/220 size. My current boom is a Billows 160-210 Carbon boom. To date, this is the widest boom I know of in the 160-210 size. Does anyone know of a boom with equivalent (or better) dimensions ?. See picture and measurements below.

I use two sails with this boom. A 5.5 Freeride (boom length 172cm) and a 7.0 Freeride (boom length 200cm).

The widths of A and B of the two different sails are:

172cm A = 45cm B = 16cm

200cm A = 46cm B = 22cm

Much obliged for any one to take the time to do the measurements of their boom. I've shot a few emails to random manufactures, but none have replied. I've been on the hunt of a new boom for a while now.

My smallest AL360 E3 Slalom (cut down from 180 to 170 is 50cm max width (on the inside). The tail width is 17cm, but this right at the back end, near the pullies etc, so it will be much wider than your boom.

My old HPL 180 race was also around 50/52cm, and my old Fiberspar was also around 50cm. Arrows 170 race was 48cm.

Unifiber Carbon - MONO C-Shape SDG 28 mm (not sure, but has a wide tail and looks pretty wide body)

Tecnolimits slalom are pretty wide too.

Chinook Pro1 160 is probably the easiest off the shelf option, slightly wider than your boom and it has a wider tail too. AL360 will do a cut down version of their E3 Slalom 170, but they cost a fair bit (but very nice).

SL: Re: Cutting down boom. How is this possible ?. Are you suggesting removing the clips, cutting down the arms and then reattaching the clips ?

Yep, basically shorten the boom arm length and re-attach or use new clips. Sounds like a lot of messing around, but its pretty straight forward. I shortened an old HPL and Fiberspar in the past. The HPL was a bit more tricky with its twin pin clips, but the Fiberspar was really simple with its twist lock system.
