3 Years to go
We get 3 months full pay or 6 months half pay
We also get an option to have a 20% pay cut and have a year off every 5.

That's got to be a guvvy job.
Who else could afford to do that unless they can just put their hand in the poor taxpayers pocket to fund that sort of generosity.

I've only got 3 years to go until I get my second lot.
Still have about 7 weeks of my first allocation up my sleeve

B@$T@RD$...how dare you...if I see you at the beach, I'm gonna beat you up, take your money and p!$$ on your gear.

Or maybe beat you up, take your gear and p!$$ on your money.

Or maybe I'll just p!$$ off. Anyway, it's not fair!

My job only lets me windsurf 4-6 times a week, but besides national holidays and 4 weeks paid holiday a year I get NOTHING.

It's so unfair...

I got my second set of LSL in October (last). Timing huh
That went a long way towards sailing last summer....... now I live inland I need to use it wisely I guess

However second child due in July so a whole month at the gloo would probably be out of the question........ but I can take it in one week blocks so that may help!

Just started a new job a couple of months back (self employed previously - no LSL there), I think I may have accrued 2 days annual leave so far, and about 2hrs LSL...
