I assume you are saying they are kids or is it just that they are little in the frame? If kids how can you tell..? Firesuit on..

It's called tilt and shift photography. It's done though a special lens and some post production work.

at that speed it looks as good as a goldcoast southerly

a 5 second waveride, 5 seconds between waves, with one turn and a 10 knot sweep
