Is there anyone in the know who can let us in on the date for next year's event?

2015 was a great event but the date was only announced quite late, and it was a week later than usual which caused problems for some.

Hoping for Thursday 7th - Sunday 10th Jan, like usual.

Easy, just pick the least windy weekend in January.

Yeah I know...the last three times I have used my 8.6 have all been in this race

On the flip side, I can't remember the last time there wasn't enough wind to plane down the course (just) and there have been some pretty grim forecasts, especially in the last two years, so we've been pretty lucky really.

I have found the dates, on the Endeavour Tavern website oddly enough.

It's 14 - 17 January 2016. The big race will be Saturday 16th.
