Came back from sailing last Sunday and think I may have done something to my knee.

Hurts in the knee pit when standing and squatting. Also when I twist inwards.

Generally I don't worry too much but don't want to blow it off and do more damage.

Any clues to whatnot might be? Probably worth mentioning I was trying forwards when it happened.

Oh man.

I was going to go out this morning but was a bit worried about the pain. I'll give it till the end of the week and see how it feels.
