Jordy is very likeable. Nico seems successful at his work and business. Shops, sailing, UT channel. It does take some ambition and drive to do what he does. Occasionally, from time to time, Nico does have a slight negative edge to him when things go wrong. I dont think he is actually that bad, he has had more than his fair share of bad luck with getting taken out and injuries like being whacked with fins/foils.

But who do you want as president to get things changed? Someone who always looks on the bright side of things or someone who can analyse the bad things and do something about it?

I've seen it at my workplace in IT in the finance industry. Some managers prefer the happy clappy always positive glass half full type people to the slightly negative half empty outlook people. But then wonder why their systems are unreliable and implementations get backed out when they fail. They dont have the miserable negative people to peer review and test their systems properly.
You need a balance.
