Hey knotboard this is one of my pet peeves! I have my gear as ready as poss in the back of my van and as I drive home from work along the estuary I start getting changed as I drive. I can be rigged and on the water in under 10 mins. There are 2 old guys about 70 who park, stroll over, walk down and look at the water, ask everyone what size sail they are using then head back to start the half hour rig up! (and its not like they've got a lot of time left) I'd rather sail than rig!
good old John and keith
I know what you mean. I am with you. I wont talk before a after work session. I just hate rigging cammed sails in a rush as it's always the more you rush they more they play up.
I aswell undress while driving and usually arrive a the car park tie off, shoes, socks and shirt.
my best is 8mins from arriving to getting wet.......on the water that is
