Seems to have too much drag, should I install smaller fins, increase toe in, get a different color harness lines,
may have water or ice absorbed ?

I would have thought that this new innovative design is lighter, planes earlier, is faster and turns tighter

Ahhhh the new "eboxy" resin construction. One of the big advantages is you can fold it for shipping. No question.
