HELP! windsurf gear stolen

Hey guys,
bad news from Esperance, SeaFront Caravan park. This morning between 5 and 7 am our windsurf gear has been stolen from our van:
- 1 x severne S1 2010 5.0 orange
- 1 x severne S1 2010 prototype orange 4.7
- 1 x Tushingham Sail yellow fluo 5.2 ( RRD sticker on the top, Reptile masts green sticker in the middle)
- 1 x custom board FLIKKA BOARDS, 84 liters; white light finished, twin fin, with a big red "BEAR" logo on the bottom.
- 1 x Exocet 3X 2010, trifin, grey with gold rails, 82 liters
- 1 x AL 360 carbon boom,140-200, red
-1 x Tecnolimits CONT@ct wave boom, black with some logo in white /green/red. It's a "zero head " boom, prototype, 150-210.
- 1 x wetsuit GUL, black short harm, XL

if someone see some stuff on the beach ot on this forum , please contact me!

Bugga Andrea. Heading down to the SW tomorrow so will keep the eyes peeled on and around the beaches.

That really sucks!

Make sure you report to the police and get an incidence number. It might show up on eBay or even here in the Buy & Sell section.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was a fellow Euro traveller "stocking up" just before heading home. From my experience theft in Australia is pretty rare these days.

Quite the opposite, accidentally leave some gear on a beach or loose a board of your car roof and chances are pretty good you'll actually get it back.

One of the big advantages of living in a country with a small windsurf community.

Do you serial numbers for the boards?

i'm still around cheasing.... in the meantime some friends of mine got me some stuff to keep on windsurfing..

Again, real too bad.
You'd expect this particular equipment to stick out like dogs balls and that someone would spot it sooner or later ;)

Seriously, say it's a windsurfer type who stole it, then let us all keep the eyes open for it.
If not, then keep your eyes on non-ws classifieds such as trading post and Gumtree.

Hope you catch the b**tards - in my parts here last summer we were successful in tracking such thieves - actually sent police at their home.
Hope your adventure ends the same way.
