The buyer might need to get an iron onto it!

Yeah I have been seeing this sale on eBay for a while. You would think they would have a look at other items selling there are revise their selling strategy.

I guess their logic is that one day someone will buy it. However the cost of constant listing must be adding up?

Not to mention charging $48.50 for postage and handling.
I mean come on, she only has to fold it back up and put it back in the shoebox.

looks like someone was ironing creases in the front of jeans and decided it would be a good idea to throw a few on the sail as well.

Is it hard to reef the sail in strong winds? I've never seen it done for a windsurfer sail , or along that axis.

The price some things go for on #bay is just crazy. Especially if it is a full set up. Old windsurfers, whalers, windrushes, ten cate gear selling for up to 300 bucks. Just don't get it and how someone could be stupid enough to pay that.

I bought a one-design type setup back in 2003 for about $250, as I had never seen any modern equipment at that point. I never did use it or even rig it up as luckily I discovered an instructor that used modern gear. Before that I hired one-design type stuff from a local yacht club, and as far as I knew that was normal equipment.

It's funny that now I know where all the sailors go, you can't miss them, but before I wouldn't know where to go. It's sort of funny (to non-sailors) that a lot of sailors go out in winds and weather where most other people would prefer to stay at home in front of the heater.

Now, back to the ebay sail. Do I need to iron the creases into my really old sails to get more for them, or should they sell without them? :)
