Your house needs a lick of paint, the lawn needs some TLC and fertilizing, and that tree could do with a trim

Get that done and maybe, just maybe you can give the windsurfing a bash, but not before.

Oh, nice kit by the way

Sh1t that was quick, did somebody give you a hand or what

Send the buggers over here to paint my joint will ya.

I would keep an eye on that grass if it went green that fast, .

And the mowing would be a pain in the coit

TLC and fertilizing ?? That won't do it. That lawns dead for sure

It is a carpet grass it turn yellow in winter than green in summer, but hopefully i will take it off and reseed this spring

How about you come here and will go sailing never mind all the back yard work, we get some nice beaches in here, Wind is good in spring and fall.

Carpet grass eh? Sounds like my daughters bedroom carpet, does much the same!!
