Hello Everybody!!!!
I am in the midst of spring cleaning the shed.
My kit, consisting of kinda 3 or 4 of everything + sails, is in a state that could only be described as less than organised.
Wondered if anyone would like to share their "...storage idea that changed my life!" strategy for tidying up the battle-gear??
Cheers!!!!

If you have sails that you don't use at all, or seldom, you can roll them up together. I do this for transporting them as it makes the bundle tougher and 3 sails doesn't take up much more than 1 sail rolled normally.

My boards are now racked vertically between lengths of electrical conduit that sticks out from the wall. The boards can be close together, but you can still slide one out from the pack.

Place the lawnmower, wheelbarrow, rakes and shovels as far back as you can and then put all your "toys" right next to the door for easy access. The space in between is for stuff that may get used when there is no wind/waves or your injured.....

send your wife and children to sleep in the garage and give a proper place to your precious gear

Dad had all the space, so we built a small sail loft, to hold all my sails... our boards, are just on racks. stored horizontally. Against the wall.
