Till now I have been using a neilpryde combat 4.7 with a 85L freewave. I just bought a fanatic skate 86L TE and I want to replace the combat with a new freestyle sail (probably wizard or idol). What size sail should I get to use at the same wind range with the combat?

4.5 Wizard should do the job nicely - definitely more power in the Wizard than the Combat. I use both - Wizard for the bay and flatwater and Combat for the waves. They are both great!

I am 50kg so I want to plane at 16kts, should I go smaller than 4,5 or is it ok?

You could go a 4.2 or a 4.5. Depends a bit on how much wind you want to go out in. Given you want to replace a combat 4.7 with the same wind range I'd say the 4.5 is the go.
