It is a US box fin still made mostly for wave fins but you can get Freeride fins in US box made by Unifiber.

You won't get 28cm in a wave fin.
Plenty of FSW fins are as it was a very standard size for 95 - 100L FSW boards for a long time

You can also check at Select, I find the shock B&J very comfortable : http://www.select-hydrofoils.com/en/fins/windsurf/wave/shock-bumpn-jump/ or the FX carve but I don't know that last one.

The type of fin is "US box". I replaced the exact same fin you have with a JP 24cm wave fin. It's freaking awesome. Surf FX can post it to you ASAP <\plug>.

They make up to 28cm

Black Project make up to 26cm

This might help:

http://www.mauifin.com/windsurf/fins/single-wave/k-one/

www.chinooksailing.com/products/product_info.php?cPath=7&products_id=190

Locally, you might try SHQ, as they bring in the MFC fins. Here’s a thread on MFC fins (NZ may be worth trying): www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Windsurfing/General/mfc-fins/

For Maui Ultra Fins, try The Zu.

What are you after I have quite a few fins that will be going cheap. The 24 JP's are brand new the 23 has been used a few times only and the rest are old fairly used fins except for the MFC which is new. Let me know if you are interested in any and I will let you know how much.

I'm surprised that nobody has thrown in this brand, these work really well.
