The only way to know is to try it yourself in your conditions.
Unfortunately, the question is a but like: 'How long is a piece of string?'
Yes, the fin will work. yes it will give you a 'bit of speed'. Yes it will give you a 'bit of control' in chop. How much that 'bit' is, only you can tell. Sorry.

Edit: I must add, i'm not trying to be a smart arse here. Just trying to explain that there are far too many unknowns and variables to get a good answer. Even if someone has tried that same fin in that size in the same board, all our experiences are different depending on the skill levels, the sails used, the specific conditions you sail in and the particular fins you have compared it with within those parameters. I'm certain it is a 'good' fin as it is a known good brand. How good for your conditions is only really something you can answer, but the chances are probably pretty good it will work well.

Edit 2: I have a had a couple of Isonic 110's and used similar style fins between 36cm and 42cm with good results depending on the sail size.
