Does anyone really want to admit to riding a black box?

Had a couple of sails on the 107 BBox lately and I have to admit its one of the most fun small wave boards I've tried - and I can tell you I've owned quite a few different brands fin setups / quads/thruster/twinnies/singles in various sizes in past 5 years.

So are you basing your comments on personal experience or are you just someone that thinks their own opinion is a little bit special

107 is one big black box, no doubt fun to ride but I wouldn't tell my mates.

I've heard they're pretty loose but haven't tried one myself.

Enough said - the biggest critics are always the ones that have never tried them

Happy to tell my mates - floaty loose wave boards are a standard down this way in the chest to head high puss we sail most of the time

Cant really see what difference it makes if its a starby black box, a stoney stubby, an OES hotrod a Fanatic or whatever - if it works for you ride it and dont be so precious about what other people think.

ok ok i'll take my own special opinion back to my precious box. I've gone over my weekly opinion average anyway.

But I'll leave you with a question to ponder. What else do we call a box in Australia.? Hint you can also ride them and some are looser than others depending on your chosen setup.

Pro or team edition but I got a deal from a mate. a little wide in the tail for my liking so traded them for a skinnier custom model complete with a US box.

OK you got me but I suppose not everyone thinks with their genitals or where they can shove them - especially when some people seem to have them positioned in the middle of their fore head

Vpar watch this:

Thanks Barry. Wow this guy started to make me feel a little sea sick, but a reasonable explanation. I guess over the next few seasons we'll see how they actually perform. Might take me a while to begin to like the look of them.
