eat good tucker ,that contains carbohydrates and protein ,Eggs ,pasta .meat ,and vegetables
take Zinc and Magnesium tablets ,and vitamin C .Maybe a multi vitamin too .
And maybe your body is tired and your no spring chicken anymore ,have a good rest day .
We are not machines ,but push a head .
I sometimes eat chocolate to help boost up .
