Bought out exactly, you'd think the 11 times world champ wouldn't need to work for a living.

If was a 11 time world golf champ...then no he wouldn't have to work but he is windusfing champ.How many would actually be wealthy eg Bjorn compared to Tiger?

Said with a certain amount of tongue in cheek, more for the fact that he is still racing.

I don't believe anyone goes into competitive windsurfing to get rich. It takes just as much money to get to the top as it does talent. Bjorn had more expenses than most with his team, doctors/physios, travel to as many different events as he could fit with excess baggage of around 500kg.

Then again he got married and had kids which makes most men broke

Well lucky for him he's actually a 12 time world champ, not 11 (or approx 30 odd time world champ if you don't just count the overall titles), so I'd say he's doing ok.

Anyway, the reason theres no more money in windsurfing is because Bjorn won it all.

It was 11 when I got bored with it all and stopped following

I just know it's 12 because I'm aiming to break his record. Just 13 more to go and I'm there!
