Worth a look if you've never seen it.

That's nuts . They don't even have fingers or claws just slippery hooves. All to get some salt . I'll just lick my boom

Great vid. About three years ago I was riding my bike through the Alps. I took the side road down from the top of Alpe d'Huez in rain at dusk, and startled some mountain goats. I almost fell off the bike when I saw how quickly they boomed up the steep rocks; it was one of those things you've read about but can't believe when you see it in real life. A few bends later there were some baby wild boars on the road, running away squealing with their trotters clicking and clacking across the tar. Fun times.

Goats are like that , never heard a whingy goat .
As my wife says , " I never listen " .
To be fair , I'm not a goat whisperer.

Always interesting when you meet one a few hundred feet up a rock face when your climbing, never really been sure of who has right of way

It's a real dilemma, one on hand you don't want to spook it and cause it to fall and on the other hand you really don't want to coming over and knocking rocks or falling on you. There a great bit of film out there that shows them escaping from a wolf, it has them trapped on a ledge 100foot up so they just jump off bounce down the rock face then stand up at the bottom like nothing happened. Cool animals

What you don't see is the goat with the Go Pro strapped to it's head doing the close up shots.

Of course if you can climb a vertical rock wall, climbing a tree is a breeze.

Or just climb a palm tree for the view.

No problem, you can just walk straight down again.

But they're not so good tight-roping along power lines. This poor guy slipped, and ended up hanging from his horn!

This stuff is incredible. I guess this is probably evolution in action. The first two goats up that tree would have been a lot better off when the wolves were hunting them.

I still can't quite believe it and need to see them in real life. Do they have any of these in the zoo or did they escape?
