I was repairing a ding in the nose of my board after bad day in 25 knots. The last of many catapults had the boom head crack the nose of my board. Now after plenty of reading on the seabreeze forums over the past year, I have learnt to put your board in the sun to see if any water bubbles out of it. The crack in the nose of my board stayed dry. I sanded the crack and put on some solar cure epoxy to repair it.

Now my issue is that I noticed a wet spot on my board near the foot straps when it was in the sun. Closer inspection showed water bubbling out from under the decal. There are no visible cracks or imperfections in the deck. If you apply pressure in the area where it is bubbling, you get faster or bigger bubbling.

I am relative new to windsurfing and have only been out on this board no more than a dozen times. Hence the perfect catapult that cracked the nose.

So the question is what do I do, and how fast do I have to act? The water that is coming out is salt water and I last sailed about 48 hours ago.

I let the board is in the sun for a while and it has stopped bubbling now but this is a little video I took so you can see what I am talking about.

I guess it's possible, there's just a bubble under the decal and the board is still intact.
You're going to have to cut the decal away anyhow, so if you carefully cut away the area that's loose, you maybe able to stick it back again later.

Then you can see how damaged the board is.
