I am wondering if anyone makes an after market 3pulley down haul block as the pin through the webbing in the block of my 7.5 KA Koncept has broken corroded through. Interestingly the pin isn't stainless although the pulleys and frame is. I have never had one let go before.
I checked with my local sailboard shop and chandler but nothing suitable.
Thanks in advance .

Thanks, Peter from KA replied almost instantly and advised he can supply. Fantastic quick response.

Surf Sail Australia also has these. I broke a Severne one and replaced it with an Ezzy one.

If the webbing is still intact the Ezzy one worked a treat on my KA Koncept

If you get a triple block (harken block) from whitworths, they have bearings in them and the downhaul almost does itself. You have to attach it with a d-schackle though.

+1 for this if you can mount the block high enough, I put one on a KA where the pulley exploded mid jump. With the harken pulley was so easy just downhaul by hand, no tools or tying bowlines required.

I checked that out at whitworths but they are nearly $50.00 plus I didn't think I could mount high enough although I suppose could just use more mast extension.
