Hi all Just returned from my usual trip to jericoacoara the return was a bit long as i went there from Germany having a holiday there to see friends and relies beforehand ..Jeri was much the same plenty of wind though up and down and sometime quite gusty met the usual crowd that comes from all over the world to battle the elements some time,, due to the lack of waves there this time arround i was a bit disapointed ,but never the less it was good,, except tor a bad accident on the large swell out the back , got airborne with my back foot out of the strap,, board went one way I the opposite direction still strapped in the front,, so you can imagine the outcome,, ouch it hurt 10 days off b/ h=no sailing also spare a thought for our friend Gerry Clarkson from Melbourne who also collided with his board and his thigh, is now lying in a Fortalesa hospital for treatment,, so far thy drained 1lt of fluid from his knee and has an infection in his leg hopefully he will get good treatment to get him back home he is lying in Monte Clinicum in Fortalesa Brazil send him a some mail iam sure you will find it on the net . Next year will be my 7th time there it has its charm and draws you back to the wind which is every day with
