I don't often take the time to sing praise when I get fantastic service, but I couldn't not say how happy I was with BHF Couriers.

I had a board collected from Karratha WA and delivered to my front door in Sydney. I was pretty nervous, to say the least, about it arriving unscathed. However, it arrived in just 5 business in perfect condition. That's over 5000 kilometers in just 5 days!!

Not only was the delivery fast, but BHF was the cheapest courier who quoted me on this huge run. $250 compared to Ego's $500 quote. And booking was a breeze. I simply did everything online and called the next day to pay and discuss some details. The BHF phone operator was exceptionally polite and helpful. I was provided with a tracking number and that was regularly updated at each stage.

Fantastic courier service. I will be using BHF again and again.

I want to share my great first experience with BHF Couriers recently. They picked up a board from Karratha WA and delivered it to my door in Sydney for $250. Ego's quote for this job was a little over $500.

I was a really nervous this budget courier would deliver late, loose my board, and/or it would arrive broken. However, the board arrived in just 5 days. That's over 5000 kilometers in 5 days! The board was in top condition despite being sent only in a board bag with a bit of bubble wrap on the nose and tail.

The quote was really easy and online, like Ego. Because I was so surprised at the price I called BHF to pay and confirm everything was in order. Yep, all good. And the operator was exceptionally polite and helpful.

A connote and tracking number were emailed to me and I was able to track my item through the whole process.

I'll definitely be using BHF couriers again, especially for more tricky locations. Some quotes I had for Karratha to Sydney were over $600! For anyone looking for an alternative to Ego or whomever you're currently using, I rate BHF highly. Hopefully they keep up the great service.

Haven't had to send a board but for random stuff I've found transdirect.com.au consistently about the cheapest option.
