Just wanted to let you know that Australia now has a windsurfing magazine.
The magazine is printed as a two in one with Sup Mag Australia and will be out mid June.

OK so if I already have SUPmag subscription, and of course currently it includes Kitemag (half of it is kiting) will I now get SUP and Windsurf in my magazine?

I notice some of the other mags seem to mainly feature spectacular stuff - wavesailing' freestyle etc. Will you have any material for your average sailor? Tips for beginers/ intermediates / gps etc would be good. Is ben newson worth subscribing for?

Now the wait is finally over and we are proud to officially launch Australian Windsurfer Magazine (June 16).

Edited by Australia's windsurf guru Alastair McLeod and published by GI Media (publishers of Australian Kite Mag and Stand Up Paddle Boar Mag), this is the one magazine that has it all: in depth interviews with the pros, world-class photography, destination and travel features, reviews and giveaways.

Windsurfer Magazine was born out of passion. It's the love child of Australia's windsurfing community and its here to support what they do.

Published four times a year and released as part of Sup Mag, the glossy full colour publication will be on sale nationally in 1000 newsagents.

This forum works rather well for communicating with windsurfers around Australia But yes it is great news to have a magazine out there again.
