Anyone has NS rdm Gold masts 400 and 370cm and can tell me if the top of 400 will connect with the bottom of 370? I'm especially interested in the recent ones, 2016 or newer.

I have a 400 and I need that combination for an ezzy sail but I don't have a way to try 370 before buying.

Am I right in assuming RDM?

For what it's worth, I tried using North masts on Ezzy sails. Disappointing. But, as you'd expect, the Ezzy masts are a sweet match.

right, rdm i updated the question.

At risk of being unhelpful, I checked my rdm North masts last night. They are platinum, rather than gold, but the tops only seemed to match their corresponding bottoms. They were all pre 2016, of different years, but there didn't seem to be any cross-compatibility in dimensions across sizes or years, let alone curve.

Thank you very much, Mikey. That's actually very helpful. I tried on my masts first, and my 2017 gold 400 fits 2018 430 perfectly, but I guess it's just a coincidance .

They should fit. The spigot part again should be the same size on either. I might think a 490 or larger could be different.
if the mast ends are from the same company, a large difference in carbon content, like 55 to 100, could alter a compatibility issue as to flex, OTOH it could be better.

Generally speaking using 2 different brands is not good. Beware that The spigot is at times on the top, some bottom,
you don't want 2 ends the same
