Sandy Point. Started 15-20 then dropped to 13-16 Knots SW and under. Underdone on 6.2m at start and then even on 7.1m later. Good to get wet though.

Hopefull a 20Kt Easterly Boxing Day!

Golden beach 5-12kts. Took my girls. 14yo got planing using harness for first time(8th time sailing, she is so stoked) 4.4m prolimit x mistral malibu. 10yo learned to tack n beachstart 3m ultra profile x 210litre bic beginner board. I sailed 6m NP soul x Mistral one design. Got beaten by 14yo who planes in the slightest breath of wind. Great day on the water for ALL.
MERRY XMAS to all WIND WARRIORS!!

Manly QLD on a 135L board with 7.5m NCX in 12-15 knots N/NE. It was a bit marginal after lunch, but had a number of good runs to Wello and back in the morning.

Nelson, NZ.

12-18 knots 7.8 overdrive, 110 falcon, 42 C3 venom. A quick session in between 'chores' and family time. Kids have discovered dad is an easy beat at soccer after being out on the water! hope the wind builds up even more for another quick session today before the Xmas dinner guests arrive

The Canberra easterlies! Looks like a good one. Those were the days, a dozen or so hopefuls waiting at Blue Gum Point. So a southerly on the coast still brings them in? So much for climate change. Only 2 of us at Bulli. Had a quick sail until dark. 6.0, Rocket 108.

Yeah, southerly on the coast and 2hPa between here and Braidwood seem to be the better ones .
There was a sailor in Canberra who showed me that , he moved away to the coast .......

My son and I were out at Golden Beach between 3-5pm. 29 knots for me 27 for my 16 yo and he got a bonus Alpha PB of 17.99 ! he was pushing it hard holding onto his 6.4 Naish twin cam . Had to pack up to make it to another family Christmas do. Was fun to squeeze in a quick Xmas session.

Got the best Xmas present - time on the water. Nelson, NZ.
20-26 knots 6.6 koncept, is87, 34 C3 venom. Its been a 'light wind' season so far, so it was great to finally get out on my 2014 is87 (new to me) that I have been repairing over the last few months (it was soft when I bought it ). About 20 sailors out on the same stretch of water - seems windsurfing is making a come back over here
