Wasn't sure if I should post this in the foil or GPS forum, so I am leaving it here.

Verdict?

Both equally cool. The foil has lots of advantages: less physically demanding, handles lulls better, more maneuverable. But there is something special about planning at high speed and using your body to transmit/control lots of sail power.

Yesterday, I was slaloming and I was kind of happy to slog in the lulls cause I was exhausted. I guess I need to condition a different set of muscles for slalom gear.
