be interesting to see how it goes in more wind. some of the older footage of the windsurfers on foils showed they didn't have the edge over a powered up slalom board.

The foil looks like such a smooth ride. Accelerates so fast too.

When the foil rider fell was it because of a gust?

Not a windless zone and a loosening of the rider
I WAS GOING FASTER IN STAGES OF THE BOARD ON THROUGH AND DOWN WITH THE WIND SPEEDS OF 32 + NDS. FOIL SPEED IN THE DAYS THIS WAS A 30 knots max. the foil axc?l?rer stronger in the soft wind and it could go further in the wind. but not much of what I saw ....

On the video I filmed the rider in foil, actual passages race did not go in video
