Where in the foil track do you have the mast when you use the i99 wing? Are you using the 42 or the 48 rear wing?

I have been slowly moving mine forward. More so the last few times out. I used to be around 1?" from the furthest back position of the foil mast. It worked, but i came to realize that I was riding very heavily on my back foot. Some info from Wyatt at Slingshot said to have the i76 all the way back and the i84 at 2" from the rear most position. I guess that would make the proper place for the i99 at 4" forward from the rear most position, but i am at 2?". Will probably move to 3" and give that a try next time.
I made a marking system on my Levitator on a suggestion from a fellow Seabreeze-er to make it quick to identify where your foil mast is at and to make adjustments easy.

I went to a one day foil clinic last weekend in New Jersey, USA. I have a Levitator 160 and the 84 Slingshot foil. He told me to set the foil mast track about 1/2 and inch past the middle of the track.

He then did a test ride on my rig as I walked out to the water with him. He adjusted my harness lines on the fly, ripped around for a bit and then did a foiling 360 in front of me. I think that my the last time my board does a foiling 360 for a while.

I was having trouble getting up with a 6.0 Flyer rigged baggy. He was coaching us and following us on the water and he was able to pump a bunch on a 125 Fanatic board and a race foil with a 4.2 freestyle sail. He probably weighed about 185 pounds. Skills.....

I'm positioning the end of the mast's pedestal (base) about 2", maybe just a little more, from the back of the track with the i99 and at the back of the track with the i76. The sail's mast is set around the middle of its track. I'm using position B on the fuse for both wings. I'm riding (sometimes crashing) both the Levitator 150 and the FS 115.

I use the C position on my 99 , levitator 160. Foil mast is 1 inch from the front of the track. My weight is 225. I recently started to experiment with B position but I put the wing all forward on the track for this position.

Wow, so its really near the absolute maximum radical lift that you can get out of it?

If it had been the 84cm infinity wing, would it then be a bit further back?
Just trying to figure out the dynamics here, as it sounded like some with the 76cm wing had it near the absolute back position in the track.

Anyone also knowing what the rider weight might have of impact on this? As i am a lightweighter myself, i recognize that on the classic wavewindsurfboards, i often had to have my footstraps all the way in the back, as to influence the carving angle of the board sufficiently to cut sharp narrow jibes around. But with windfoiling, its not like we have to suppress the boardvolume down into the water surface to carve around. But maybe the same dynamics are at play nevertheless with the mainfrontwing on the foil?

Aka you with 225 pounds versus my 140....
Will that influence where on the boardmasttrack position the foil should be mounted? Aka you need it further forward, while i need it further back, if same size of board and foil wing?
