padi at surfconnect has 2,

i had a look at them at redcliffe a few years back, they are 90cm long and weigh a tonne.

better have a strong fin box i reckon.

he said i could test one. And the plan is to put it in a really old windaction slalom that is on the way to the tip. So when i give it a crack i will let you guys know

Hey Bart, isn't that the only type of windsurfer you don't own yet? You need one of those...

Hitting a dougon or turtle on one of those would be an interesting experience - damage prediction = broken boom, mast, fin/hydrofoil, possible snapped board or at least damaged nose.
