While our goals are different we are both using the same concepts to achieve them.
A little bit of length really improves take off ability. This can be used to decrease the required foil/sail size.
Moving the rider, foil and sail closer to the center of the board lowers swing weight. So you can have a longer board for the same swing weight.
Having board behind the foil is not the kiss of death like it would be for fin boards, in fact it can be a good thing on a foil board.
It was a challenge breaking myself away from this new build to celebrate Thanksgiving but Family is first and now I have the weekend free to keep playing with this!
