Whats the point???
The winds light you go out foiling
The winds normal sailing strength you go out sailing.

+1 Windfoiling is awesome

Maybe because wind foiling is so old, it started back in the 80's, whereas kite foiling and SUP foiling are relatively new.
But that is still a weak reason, it could have been included a very long time ago. Old news can be new again.

Those 80's foils were pretty scary!
