If you're successfully flying through your gybes, duck gybes aren't much harder. Timing needs to be a bit more precise but the buzz of smooth transitions makes the learning worth while.
I run my mast base at the back of the track for all sails from 4.2 to 5.9 and they seem to cover me from 12 to 30 knots ( I switch to the Timecode 68 over 20 knots)
I find the Wizard 105 is perfect in short chop and swell, it's short length means it doesn't plow into troughs
