All my sails are old - early Neil Pryde RAF

I'm looking to buy a used 5 m ish sail , 2 piece mast and boom.
How old a rig should I consider ?

Would a Gaastra Poison 4.7m2 Sail 2005-06 work as a windfoil sail for a newbie ?
Or should I hold out for something newer ? And a bit bigger ?
I'm 180 lbs, Have shortboard windsurf experience , though it's been awhile.
I plan to buy a SlingShot Shred Sled and the Fwind V3 Foil ( 76 foil , 91 cm mast)

Perhaps buy a 5m Cabrinha X2 Wing or a Duotone Slick
I have a SUP paddle and am on a salt water tidal river with a causeway nearby.
The Ocean is closeby too.
I plan to be out every day in August in Prince Edward Island
( I posted similar in the windsurf general area, but didn't get a response)
TIA

Gaastra in that year uses a hard top mast, uncommon these days. I'd look for something else.

Same with the board, the shred sled just isn't that great. There are much better 2-in-1s.

Masts have different bend characteristics, Gaastra uses an uncommon one which won't be compatible with almost any sail now made.

Age for windfoiling sails doesn't really matter.

People have been using 20+ year old sails effectively
