I like this foil style. Reminds me of the "In flight 2" video.
Looks like a Moses foil. Is it the 790? Or 679?
Board width ~80cm? What brand? Or self made?

Thanks for posting, enjoyed the video
Good skills on the foil, especially love that downwind carving.
Would love to know what gear was being used and speeds if possible.
Cheers Simon

I believe:

Moses 790

The board is self made 4'9". You can see it here on this thread

secure.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Windsurfing/Foiling/Small-is-beautiful

Not sure about sail size but probably 4.1 or 3.8

With 710 surf fuse or do people only windfoil on the 900 windfoil fuse?

Does it really matter?
I've used the RRD 110 fuze a few times.
My Naish has about 67cm fuze.
When wind is stable, both easy.
When wind jerks 2-24, direction
changing constantly, both are hard to ride.
Same with wing size. My 600 and my 1220 feel almost the same in the same breeze.

Not sure, but my guess is the windfoil fuse.

@DLee
If you keep the same wing/stabilzer the same, the fuselage length has a pretty big impact on stability. Gybing a short fuselage is much more difficult on the windfoil, not sure about winding

Actually, I interchange between kitefront to ws backfuze or kitebackfuze....and ws frontwing with either tail stab....hardly matters as stable wind is the most important factor.
Most good days, 5-17.
Lately,1-24.

Thanks for posting - awesome to see different foiling locations and riding styles.
Looks like Gwarn ripping on the tiny board?

I think it matters when you're cranking it fully-powered up.
Not so much mowing the lawn

Thanks for the video James

The foil of the day was a Moses 790 with the 450 stab on a 900 fuse with a 111 mast.

The sail is a Ezzy Taka 3.8

The board is 4'9" x 29"x 5" 95 liter

The Moses is very smooth, responsive and fast. I have put a couple hundred hours on this set up trouble-free I love it worth every penny.

I don't know how fast it goes butt it's fast enough for me.

Oh boy, i started building such a board in my mind now
Gwarn, do you foil with a spacer at the rear wing to reduce the down angle for more speed? My 790 kit has two spacers and it feels better with them in "reduce angle" mode.

Gwarn, can I put an order in for one of those?? The one surprise for me in the new 2021 Wizard lineup is the 114 being narrower with what looks like a longer nose. Your design reminds me of the old W103, wide w/ no nose.

I am really liking the width of the old Wizard 105, I feel it gives me more of a "dance floor" during transitions. I am still mastering flyings jibes using the i76, but I feel I can recover from mistakes with the extra width.
