After waiting almost a month for the wind to return, it was time to bring out the WINDFOIL gear
Not the session of the century because the wind was a little light but that feels good !!! It was also my birthday

Nice video. I'm focusing on when you move your feet vs. when you jibe the sail. I'm still trying to get a consistent foil jibe. You move your feet first. Do you always do this? Does it depend on conditions? Have you ever tried sail first? Seems like the jibe world is split on this. Thanks for your thoughts.

That's a wind speed vs boat speed question. In wind light enough for the apparent wind to cone significantly forward during the gybe, as is normal with faster foils and bigger sails, then you can't flip the sail first.
The people doing sail first are using smaller sails in slower foils in enough wind that it doesn't come very forward in the gybe.
