Yesterday was yet another reminder of how foiling has transformed my days on the water
On a fin, it would have been 8.6 and still pretty crap as so gusty/messy
Instead, Stingray 140 + Supercruiser + 5.3 wave sail made for a hoot

- go way upwind, surf way deep, float through most lulls, blast at 20 knots on the reaches or slow it right down to ride the swells - then big board floated my 95+kg home no drama when the breeze died
Traditional is still SO fantastic, but over + over the foil turns lemons into lemonade
And Formula was great for light conditions, but race foil setups are WAY more fun
