This year i learned to foil on a starboard superflyer mounted on a RRD pocket rocket.
Buying equipment was a bit of a gamble because i did not know if foiling was possible for me due to a fixed knee.(does not bend at all)
Now after a few sessions i am capable of flying and do some nice carving along the way.
So im very stoked.
The downside of this ideal learning foil is that it already feels slow.
I cant seem to push it over 15 knots.
I would love to be able to go 22 knots, but stil be able to do some nice carving at lower speeds.

Would upgrading the frontwing to the 1100 freeride wing be the solution?

I had the Superflyer and had the same frustration. I managed to get around 18 knots from it using -1.5 degree shim on the stab.
I assume you have the 102evo fuse.
I purchased the freeride 1100 wing looking for a bit more speed. Sure it had more speed but found it did not suit the geometry of the fuse. Added +2 degree shim on stab to stop the horrid backfooted stance required to keep it flying. Which in turn slowed it down....
I think others have enjoyed the 1100 with 95+ fuse.
Have since changed brand.

i think next year i will have a look at Sabfoil or F4 freeride setup.

I went from SuperCruiser 1700 & 1300 wings to the FR1100, after finding the GTR with the 800 front wing and a 95 fuse a bit much for my taste. I liked the FR1100 a lot with the 105+ mast. It's easier to control than the GTR 800 setup, so I'm getting almost the same speeds.

SB frustrated me a bit with changing fuses every year. I ended up with three different incompatible fuses for 3 successive years. I recently ended up with a bent mast, and it's frustrating that it's not possible to get a replacement. I'll keep the FR1100 setup around for windfoiling, but have switched to a different brand for winging, and will switch for windfoiling when the SB setup breaks - or perhaps earlier, since a windsurfing fuse for the new brand is less than $400.

The Superflyer was great to learn and progress on.

A surfshop here in the netherlands advertises with a Starboard Foil Set - Evolution MkII - Freeride 2S 900 - Aluminium
According to them it will be available soon.
on the pictures there is a 900 wing with a different shape then previous starboard freeride wings.

this could be interesting.

What fuselage do you have? Maybe you could try the 900 iqfoil front wing and a smaller stab? You might lose low end but it should glide better and have more speed.

Its a 102 evolution mkI fuselage.
im affraid the iqfoil wings are a bit to much speed orientated for me.
and would not suite my RRD pocket rocket board.

i really like the caracter of the superflyer.
do some nice carving in low-end conditions.
but when making longer trips i would love to be able to push it to 22 knots.
and keep it controlable in up to 25 knots of wind with 1m waves.

Am i asking to much from 1 foil setup?

Without the desired top speed this foil will do what you want.
My advice would be wring it's neck for another season then invest in another brand with more interchangeable components and better build quality.
In my opinion starboard have lost the plot in regards to continuity of freeride product development....

Sounds like a plan Mr Keen.

Although i like my superflyer.
assembling it is always a bit annoying.
screw holes of mast and fuselage don't line up perfect.
always have to bash the fuselage on the mast while tightening the screws bit by bit.
and always after a session at least 2 screws came loose. (Good thing they have the sidemounted screws to keep it in place.)
