I am looking at these two foils:

Starboard Freeride Plus - starboardfoils.com/pages/2021-freerideplus
Severne Redwing - www.severnesails.com/redwing/

I am 83Kg and have a Starboard Isonic 147L Foil ready from 2018.
I have Severne Overdrive sails from 5.2 to 8.6 and sail on the sea and most of the times the water is flat with light winds
I have tried foiling 2 times.....so i am still a beginner and need your help to decide what foil will i buy....
I dont want to race......just have fun when the wind is bellow 15 knots

I cant understand why the starboard foil has a huge 500cm2 back wing?? What is the advantage of that to a 350 back wing of Severne

The biggest difference right now is the "ecosystems". The Starboard is parts compatible with their higher performance line (1000, 900, 800 wings, 115 fuse, etc) and somewhat compatible (mast, afaik) with their SuperCruiser line.

At the moment, Severne is just what you see although I'm sure there's likely to be more parts coming down the pipe.

As for you, right now, you are loaded up with "go fast" type sails. Do you see yourself of foiling that style or are you wanting to explore the turnier, curvier style of foiling that still can be done on flat water? Do you "oo ... ahhh" over IQ/Formula/PWA foils or swell/WWF/freeride foils? Which videos seem to spin your wheels more? Of course, your preferences may change as you get better.

The Severne has slightly more area so favors a freeride style while the Starboard, while reasonably similar, is as much a gateway to their faster, higher performance foils.

The larger stab (I could be wrong) on the Starboard promotes a steadier ride at lower speeds and shorter fuse lengths. Kinda surprised they used it with a 95 plus fuse, though. It'll overpower their faster wings, though, and the preference is for the 330 and 255 as you go longer on the fuse and smaller on the wings.

Ive got the severne foil - it's very easy to get going on and forgiving, it also steams upwind. It's slower than my previous foil but great fun. When i am foiling with others i am generally more upwind and flying the majority of the time.
I have had a faster foil but have come to the conclusion that an easier foil equals more fun. I can dry gybe on the severne which i struggled to do on my last foil. I am using a starboard 111 foil board and find that i can get away with a much smaller sail than others which adds to the fun factor. Severne are also due to bring out a new front wing for more performance.

The starboard foils are great too, cant go wrong with either!

You could get the Starboard Supercruiser, there are some faster wings coming available and the mast is compatible with their other products.

Hi there - I use the 95+ fuse with the 1100 freeride front wing and the 330 rear wing. This is great combination - highly recommend.
The cool thing about this setup is that you can shift to a smaller front wing if you want.
Here's a video from dec. last year where I use this setup (with a 2021 SV FGO 7m2). The wind was probably 13-14 knots.

Also check fuse lengths. Generally in generalized general, a larger stab goes with a shorter fuselage.
