Always on 4.4 and 4.8 foilfreek. Alien 120 and 115. 115 is much better. My weight is 75kg. My favorite spot is silvaplana, 10 to 25kn.

You should try the 4,0 FF
My weight is 89 kg and 105 l
I can use the 4,0 from 16-30

thanks for the answers
Ok for sails beetween 4m2 and 5m2 in 12 to 20 knots of wind ....I am thinking of using my sails ezzy Wave 2022 4,2/4,7/5,2 ?
But for the low wind range 8/12 noeuds of summer with flat water just for cruising : have you tried larger sails 6 or 6,5 ?

If you have a good technique for pumping you will not need bigger than 5,2.
6 or 6,5 will work anyway

OK
is it useful to have another front wing than the 790 for light wind ?

Sure
You can try the 899 / 425 or perhaps the 999/450. They are maybe a little more efficent than the 790.
I have different wings. 799/899/869 but i use 95% the 899. From 10 to open end
There are some more wings from SAB but i only can tell about what i have tried.

I started with the 790 too. It is an easy and good gliding wing with huge lift. For more speed i have the 940 and 945. For lower wind i take the 999 or even 1100 and keep the small sail. Have also some other stabs. SAB has a lot stuff on the market, it is quite easy to find less expensive used parts

OK

The 869 it is the new sabfoil medusa pro ? What is your opinion on this new wing ?

It needs a little more wind or pumping for take off than the 899. Maybe like the 799.
It is quite smaller than 899 but i would say foiling is similiar to the 799.

869 is not a beginner wing. It needs more wind or more pump skills. 790 or 950 (discontinued) is perfect for the beginning. A bigger wing in combination with a smaller sail makes it easier. 999 or 1100 is great, even with a 4 sail. Flat water is also what you need
