Nothing crazy here, didn't even know drone was behind me. Just thought it was a cool angle to share. SS 114

Drone vids are still the best. The trick is finding someone with a licence, to fly my drone, where there is not an airport nearby.

Nice run

Interesting, haven't seen front/rear straps set up that close together before - allows an upright stance, ok in strong winds?

A drone pilot does not need a license (part 107 in the USA) if they are not getting paid for the footage. In any case, however, the flying has to be in a location that does not interfere with airports and some other government entities. In the USA the FAA has a good app that shows those locations.

The bigger camera drones (nothing smaller than, say, a DJI Air2S) do a great job of capturing our sport since they have the ability to penetrate in our winds. Piloting skill is amazing.

Looking good Brian, the drone guy has been getting some epic footage lately..

@JJ 85% wind strength here is 10-20 mph

We get maybe 10 days a year in the 30+....after that it jumps to a hurricane

Feels natural with this strap setup even in strong winds. Really like the center back strap. I've found my stance to be narrower since foiling for sure but it works!
