I'm thinking about one of these boards for windfoiling, for a multitude of reasons.
None of which really make sense. As does life and windsurfing addiction so i think it makes perfect sense!
But i'm told that there is no swiss army knife 'All In One' kit. Boards like this might do many things but none well...?

I can't find much reports on this board for windfoiling. How do you think it would perform with lightweight 70kg me approaching intermediate foiling stage?
WIth Slingshot freeride foil and / or with Loke race foil.
Will it be good for keeping up with ol mate Dazza on his wing at 32+kts? (joking, i'll work on 20 first)
Will it be a handful to uphaul on in ocean chop?

Yes after seeing ol mate going warp speed with wing i've been having dreams (*more gear nightmares) about trying a wing too. So that is slightly a reason i am interested in this board too. For a couple of first tries with wing on flatwater. I can understand about it not being a good wing board as it's too big. Mostly wondering if it is an ok foil board.

It seems so small with not alot of nose forward of mast track but the dimensions are not too small at 135ltr, 77cm wide and 198cm long.

Hey Mobz, I've been riding the AIO 135 for a couple of months now, and wanted to share some thoughts. Coming from five years on a Starboard Freefoil setup, the AIO felt wildly different at first-no surprise there, given the change in board design and feel. To be fair, a chunk of the learning curve was definitely operator error, but the contrast in ride characteristics really stood out in the early sessions. What made a huge difference was Patrick's outstanding support. He really helped me dial in the setup-guiding me through the best mast track positioning, foil rake, and stabiliser placement for this board. Once I got those details sorted, everything started to click. The board itself has proven to be really solid. I've found the stability, touchdown control, and overall handling to be excellent. Now that it's dialed in, I can confidently say it performs extremely well-it's a true two-in-one solution for both winging and foiling.

Oh cool. That's good to hear. I'd love to see a video of it in action. I can't find one bit of footage of the AIO in windfoil mode.
Starboard freefoil dimensions are not hugely different, so I'm surprised it feels majorly different.

There is ahuge difference in boards when you get the tape measure out and compare. The tuttle box / mast track postions are vastly different, add foot strap possition to that as well. So what works on one board brand does not translate. I use a complete patrick setup, board and foil. I onlly use 550 and 700 front wings with a 250 stab.....Sails my go to are is 4.2 or 5.0 and then 6.4 or 6.8 when its super light.

I have the 5.9 AIO. I use it for winging (badly) and a bit for wind foiling. The board is useful as its shorter than a lot of airlines max 190cm so I have traveled with the board.

In Summary it is doable to windfoil it but I do prefer my dedicated wind foil boards .

I can confirm that the boards have very different dimensions. I'm using the JP 91 Pro with the AIO 900. In my case, the rear wing is set to the maximum negative angle to help keep the nose down. I feel more back foot pressure on the rail than front foot pressure, but I've still tested other setups to try and gain more speed. Right now, I'm getting only around 20-21 knots with the 900?cm? front wing. Do you remember what speeds (10s, 5s, and max) you could reach with the 700?cm? and 550?cm? front wings? And what rear wing angle gave you the best top speed? I'm also wondering how to properly tune this foil setup. I know that most PWA windfoilers tend to prefer a trim that puts more pressure on the front foot - maybe that's something I should aim for? my sail is 5.6 and 7m2

HELLO i'm living in brittany. I use patrick aio 6'6 since 4 years with this set up: Sab foil mast 115 , fuselage 903K? Phantasm PTM 926 and G 800, Stab 430 and 483. Sails gun sail seal 3'2 , 4'2 and 4'7. This the perfect combo for fun and for riding waves even in 35kts. It works for winging but it's a little big. I'm 184cm , 90kgs.
