hello everyone.
i bought in second or third hand the NP ALU Pink. I only ride it one time. as i read and people here told, it needs a bit of wind to take off...
Is anyone using this foil only to learn and then sell it??
Or is anyone who learned in this foil and dont want to change because do some tunnings or just simple like it as well and dont need to change (even if have oportunity) ??
Is some tunning like change the front wing that I can change to make this foil some early take off or even without the board planning the foil take off?
I read this topic, i saw some tunnings, but my the ideia is to use this foil to learn and improve... and use it with limited wind, like 10 knots or less... could be possible?
when I feel more confortable with the foil, i can use my 10m2 sail?? ou the foil mast will bend?
Equipment for foil
Starboard formula 161
Starboard isonic 127
Thanks a lot!
The foil you have is no longer considered good to learn on, this well documented on seabreeze
Choosing this foil may lead to it taking much longer to master flight
Anyway putting that aside i would suggest for learning on this foil
-the best size sail would be 7.0m
-ideal wind strength 13-15knts
-the bigger board might be better
After you master flight you will be ale to expand your wind range and sail size
Have fun with it
If there's anyone out there who learnt on the pinkie and has anything to add that may help please do so
