How do you like the freerace? Did you ever use the Naish lift? if so how does it compare.

I haven't had the standard lift, just picked up the freerace because it was a good deal.
No complaints, it's a well built design that will last a long time - probably a bit heavier than the top end racing foil sails.
I find it does top out on power at around 17 kn, but that could be due to my lack of skill

DJ, yes I try to use them as much as possible.
I can stay in all straps going straight down wind.
