I foil with both low AR (i76) and high AR (AFS and Moses and LP) wings. They all work. Yes, there is some difference in speed range. However, the biggest difference I notice is how they stall. The i76 has a nice friendly mushy stall, while the high AR wings have a sharp stall.
Funny about the word dialect. I am very familiar with the Austrian dialects. I speak Styrian myself. Even they consider their dialects as separate languages altogether. It's a pride thing. They don't even want the word "German" to be applied to their versions of--well--German.
Well, the Swiss in the northern part learn High German "Hochdeutsch" in school and speak "Schweizerdeutsch" among friends. The word German (Deutsch) is in the Swiss German language. It is a dialect, but the writing is something else. I speak both "Hochdeutsch" and "Schweizerdeutsch", can write in proper German but never learned to write in Swiss German. It is just to weird and wasn't worth my time to learn. To me, the language always sounded bad and I have a hard time listening to Swiss songs. Most of the younger generation (genx and up) don't really care for folks music. Back to foiling. Sorry.
