That board is very similar to the Goya Bolt Pro, see my review for it. Great board for foiling, only issue is the concave deck ridge which the mast hits and dents, and then due to the outward angle the deck separates from the EPS leaving a small flexible area. I got a longer mast base screw and put in a 3/4" spacer that keeps the mast from hitting the ridge, so problem solved for me.
I do not know if it is good for foil racing, but has been a great board for foiling. If you are going to foil race probably would want a foil race board.
Added the pic. below to show they moved the box forward which should be good for foiling, but the raised footpads may be an issue since I put the big toe of my foot right over the mast screw holes and that step in the deck may feel uncomfortable, but could fill in with deck padding. I removed the rear foot straps on my board.
